i often see this guy sitting outside a small cafe at the top end of Brick Lane, he’s got a right cockney accent & the attitude to go with it.
his look changes daily, anything from dapper dandy to casual cowboy.
and...for a cup of coffee, he'll pose for a photo!

a strange breed...
estate agents - annoying, patronising cheap suit wearing folk.house hunting should be...but is not...fun.
the thing is, these estate agents have the upper hand, THEY have the properties WE want - damn it.
so, it pays to bow down to their stupidity once in a while...in the mere hope that a "below market value" property gets passed your way. thank you please.
